3D Beta was tasked with designing and building an exclusive workshop inside the Group’s production facility, located in the heart of the Bahrain International Circuit in Sakhir, one of the main hubs for the production of Bell Racing helmets.
In this facility, where the helmets used by the world’s top drivers are created, 3D Beta has designed highly functional and high-performance spaces, tailored to meet the specific demands of production and operations. The workshop was custom-designed using ergonomic and modular solutions to optimize every corner of the space and boost productivity — without ever compromising the high standards of quality in the process.
The aim was to ensure that the workspaces reflect the same excellence and precision that Racing Force Group applies to the design and production of its helmets — a global symbol of safety and performance in motorsport.
Thanks to advanced materials and cutting-edge technologies, 3D Beta helped create an ideal working environment for the Group’s technicians and operators, enhancing both efficiency and production speed.
