In 2022, we decided to renovate the workshop to make it more efficient: thanks to 3D Beta, we revamped the department and customized the colors using Polini’s official palette.

Polini Motori has a 2,000 sqm area fully dedicated to the ideation and development of the company’s core business: the production of special parts.

This department, the beating heart of research and development, represents Polini Motori’s ongoing commitment to innovation and meeting the demands of an increasingly demanding market.

GREATER OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY

Polini Motori, with over forty years of experience in scooter and moped spare parts, decided to renew its workshop department to increase operational efficiency and optimize production processes.

The project involved reorganizing the space and implementing advanced technological solutions, with special attention to aesthetic customization reflecting Polini’s distinctive brand colors: white and blue.

The intervention included redesigning the workshop layout, carefully arranging workstations, improving operational flow, and updating equipment. The new design optimized processing times by minimizing unnecessary movement and improving overall efficiency.

Moreover, the introduction of new technologies helped make the production process more agile and improved working conditions.

Thanks to this intervention, Polini Motori not only enhanced the functionality and efficiency of its workshop department but also strengthened its visual identity and connection to brand values.
