Team Manager KTM Factory Racing
The Motocross World Championship (MXGP), which began in 1957, is one of the most intense and physically demanding motorsports in the world. KTM has been a key player since the 1970s, winning numerous titles in MX2 and MXGP since 2010.
The championship program includes 20 races across 15 countries, with the season ending in autumn with the FIM Motocross of Nations. Additionally, the team’s North American division defends titles in AMA Supercross and Motocross.
Since 2010, the team managed by Claudio De Carli has been part of the KTM family as the official team in the MX1 motocross world championship (now MXGP). The Red Bull KTM Factory Racing team, led by Pit Beirer, is the direct extension of the Austrian manufacturer, structured into the MX2 team managed by Dirk Gruebel and the MXGP team managed by Claudio De Carli.
For Claudio De Carli’s team, collaborating with Red Bull—world leader in the energy drink market—since 2006 has been a key step in their professional growth, reflecting years of success in the motocross world championship. In 2025, they returned to KTM.
For this big comeback in 2025, the KTM De Carli Racing Team chose 3D Beta to design a new workshop that reflected the power and precision of the KTM brand. 3D Beta’s technicians visited their base in Rome to collaborate on the design.
The approximately 15-meter-long wall was fully utilized with custom solutions that take advantage of every available centimeter; every drawer was precisely designed and organized to ensure a practical, tidy, and highly functional workspace.
The modules composing the workshop, painted in KTM’s signature orange, are inspired by motorcycle frames, creating a unique visual identity linking the brand and the workspace. Every space was optimized to improve efficiency, with equipped walls designed to hold essential tools and equipment.
The result is a garage perfectly adapted to the team’s needs, where every detail is crafted to maximize productivity and precision in daily operations.
Thanks to the collaboration with 3D Beta, an ideal environment was created to face the challenges of the racing world.
