Space organization is really important; it needs to be orderly and equipped with the right tools. In this sense, I believe we truly succeeded with 3D Beta.
Team Principal of the Iron Lynx Motorsport Lab ELMS
Iron Lynx is a racing team based in Cesena, Emilia Romagna, active in international motorsport.
They compete in various GT categories and major FIA Formula 4 championships, achieving significant success in endurance series.
In collaboration with Lamborghini Squadra Corse, the team participates in top GT competitions and officially fields the Lamborghini LMDh in the FIA World Endurance Championship and the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship.
Iron Lynx is a comprehensive motorsport hub offering a competitive racing team, a driver academy, an event organization agency, an exclusive gentleman driver club, and a vehicle storage garage.
It is also the home of Iron Dames, a special initiative created and promoted by Deborah Mayer—entrepreneur, driver, and Ferrari ambassador—aimed at promoting and supporting female presence in motorsport.
An epic journey driven by vision, passion, and engineering. This is the path taken by the 3D Beta engineering and design team to craft an extraordinary project: building the official Iron Lynx workshop for the elite Italian racing team at their new Detroit headquarters.
From the very beginning, 3D Beta worked closely with Iron Lynx to fully understand the team’s technical, aesthetic, and functional needs.
The result? A cutting-edge workshop tailored to support every operational phase: from daily maintenance to preparing cars for international competitions, including the revolutionary Lamborghini LMDh.
As Andrea Piccini, Team Principal and driver, explained, the goal was to create a bespoke environment where the team can care for and optimally prepare their cars for the most demanding races.
This project brought a tangible example of Made in Italy excellence to the heart of American motorsport, thanks to a workshop designed down to the smallest detail to meet the highest industry standards.
Elegance and strength coexist in every design element, with state-of-the-art tools reflecting Iron Lynx’s identity and ensuring top-level performance.
This was not just a collaboration, but a shared mission: to unite technology, style, and performance to propel Iron Lynx into the future of racing.
